I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the prescription of the RYA and the Sailing Instructions. Before sailing, I will effect a minimum £3,000,000 third party indemnity insurance cover while racing. I also understand that Helensburgh Sailing Club accepts no responsibility for injury or loss of life to competitors or others or to loss or damage of any vessel. My decision to race on any occasion will be mine alone.

I understand that club race entrants may be required to perform race management duties, as rostered, on 1 or more occasions. (Where the entrant is under 16 an adult must accompany them) These duties are an essential part of participation in club racing and are usually good fun as well as being a valuable learning experience.
